-Minimum of 6 months' time on your job (unless your previous job was more than two years)
-Satisfactory rental reference available

-No bankruptcies unless discharged
We do not go by your credit score to determine if you will be a good fit for The Pines At Cold Harbor but we do run a credit & criminal check.
We are NOT income based, but we are an affordable housing community and have minimum and maximum income limits as follows:
Maximum Income
1 person household- $31,800
2 person household - $36,300
3 person household - $40,860
4 person household - $45,360
5 person household - $49,020
6 person household - $52,620
Minimum Income
1 bedroom - $15,600
2 bedroom - $18,300
3 bedroom - $20,800
We also have "market units" that do not have maximum income restrictions!!
Those prices are as follows:
2 bedrooms: $850
3 bedrooms: $950
